The production of this high-quality green tea is a completely artisanal process that takes a month.

The buds and leaves are harvested in the spring and dried. They are then stored and kept cool until the jasmine flowers bloom. These night-blooming flowers are picked early every morning while the petals are still closed. When the flowers open early in the evening, they do so with a popping sound.

When this happens, the flowers are mixed with the dried tea and left together for about five hours, after which the flowers are removed, and the tea is carefully dried over a few days. This process with fresh flowers is repeated a total of six times.
