Description
This Ceylon tea from Sri Lanka comes from the emerging Dimbula region in the Balangoda district. This tea, with its deep red color in the cup, is very aromatic while simultaneously being smooth in flavor. It should be a part of every Ceylon assortment. The leaves are dark, curly, and long, and the infusion in the cup has a slightly malty character, which is specific to this region. This Ceylon tea also excels in its price-quality ratio. It can be drunk as it is or with a splash of milk, as the British often do.
