Description
Mount Feather is harvested only in the spring. It comes from processed leaves that resemble the mountaintops seen in Chinese ink paintings. The “feather” refers to the sheen of white hairs that cover the tea leaves before processing.
This tea is beloved by many green tea enthusiasts and is known as one of the top ten tea varieties in China.
Only green tea from controlled organic farming is used.
For preparation, best to let it steep at eighty degrees for about three to five minutes.
