How do we ship your parcels at Thee.be?
All orders received on a working day before 5:30 PM, and for which all ordered products are in stock, are shipped the same day.
Our goal is always for your parcel to be delivered to your address in Belgium on the next working day. For other European countries, shipping may take one or two additional days.
Naturally, you will always receive a tracking code from us as soon as your parcel has left our warehouse. This allows you to easily follow when your parcel will arrive at your home.
What are the shipping costs?
From an order value of €40.00, your order at Thee.be is delivered free of charge to your home via FedEx or DPD within Belgium.
For orders under €40.00, the shipping cost for FedEx/DPD home delivery is €4.95.
Delivery to a Bpost pickup point always costs €5.00, regardless of the order value, and is not free from €40.00.
Bpost home delivery costs €6.95, regardless of the order value.
Customers who wish to have a parcel delivered to other European countries pay a fixed shipping rate depending on the destination country. A detailed overview of all shipping costs and the countries where Thee.be can deliver parcels can be found in the shipping table below.

Pickup point
Thee.be is an online shop; we do not have a physical store. However, we have recently opened a pickup point in Schelle in collaboration with Vaporshop. Orders placed online can be collected here. During checkout, you can select the option “pick up at our pickup point”. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection. Orders are usually ready within 30 minutes up to a maximum of 1 working day.
You can find Vaporshop Schelle next to AVA stationery on the Boomse Steenweg (A12) in Schelle.
Please note: at our pickup point, orders can only be collected; no products can be purchased on site.
