How do we ship your packages at Thee.be?

All orders that we receive on a working day before 5:30 pm, and of which all ordered products are in stock, are shipped on the same day.

The intention is always to deliver your package the next working day to your address in Belgium. For other countries in Europe, the shipment may take an additional one or two days.

Of course, you will always receive a tracking code from us as soon as your package has left our premises. In this way, you can closely monitor when you can expect your package at home.

What are the shipping costs?

For orders of €40.00 or more, Thee.be ships your order completely free within Belgium and the Netherlands. For smaller orders below €40.00, a small shipping fee of €4.95 is charged for shipments within Belgium and €6.95 for shipments to the Netherlands.

Customers who want a package delivered to other countries in Europe pay a fixed shipping rate depending on the destination country. A detailed overview of all shipping costs and the countries where Thee.be can deliver packages can be consulted in our shipping table below.

Pick-up Point

Thee.be is an online store; we don’t have a physical store. However, we recently opened a pick-up point in Schelle in collaboration with Vaporshop. Here, orders placed online can be picked up. During checkout, you can select the ‘pick up at our collection point’ option. You will then receive an email once your order is ready at the pick-up point. Orders are typically ready in 30 minutes to a maximum of 1 working day later at the pick-up point.

You can find Vaporshop Schelle next to AVA Stationery on Boomse Steenweg (A12) in Schelle.

Note: Only orders can be picked up at our collection point; no products can be purchased on the spot.
