How to clean our Magic Tea Maker?
For daily use, it is sufficient to rinse the Magic Tea Maker with lukewarm to warm water. Afterward, use a clean cloth to wipe the vessel. It’s good to give the Magic Tea Maker a more thorough cleaning from time to time, and you can remove the nylon filter at the bottom.
To remove the filter, pull on the rod in the center of the filter. You can pull quite firmly. The first few times, it may be a bit stiff. It helps to wiggle the rod a bit to the left and right, so you pull out one side a bit more and then the other side a bit more.
To place the filter back in the Tea Maker, simply push it back in. If the filter is uneven in the Magic Tea Maker, it’s best to take it out and reinsert it.
If your filter has some discoloration due to frequent use with black tea or rooibos, you can soak the filter in lukewarm water with some baking soda.

Sinds gisteren de teamaker in gebruik en zo zalig en vooral zó gemakkelijk! De waterkoker op en terwijl schep ik thee met het schepje in de teamaker. Ondertussen is het water heet, opgieten en met een tas aan tafel gaan zitten. Twee heerlijke koppen thee.
De meeste tijd verlies ik met het kiezen van welke thee ik nu zal drinken 😉
