Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return shipping from your home to us are at your own expense.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging will be returned to THEE.BE. To exercise this right, you can contact us at support@thee.be. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to test the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning.
Return exceptions
Most of our teas and sachets are sealed products. You cannot return these if the seal is broken. If you still have sealed products, this is of course no problem.
Contact regarding returns
Simply send us an email at support@thee.be stating your name, your order number and the products you wish to return or for which you want to exercise your right of withdrawal. We usually process your request within 48 hours.
