The caffeine is removed through a very detailed process with very specific conditions (such as pressure, but also temperature, for example) to achieve a refined result of outstanding quality. Only a tiny part of the tea is lost during this process; we keep this loss minimal. The color and flavor of the tea leaves are preserved thanks to CO2. Carbon dioxide is a natural product, a part of the air, and 100% safe.
