This matcha from Uji, the birthplace of matcha since the 16th century, grows at an altitude of 250 metres on calcium-rich soil, giving it exceptional depth and character. When whisked, it takes on a vibrant emerald green colour with a creamy, grass-green foam. The aroma is sweet and slightly fruity, while the flavour is full and beautifully rounded.
