Bubble Tea, also known as boba tea, is a drink that originated in Taiwan. It traditionally consists of a blend of green or black tea, syrup, fruit pearls or tapioca, and optionally milk. Fruit pearls add a playful, colorful, and fruity touch to your bubble tea or boba tea.

These fruit pearls, or popping boba, are made from passion fruit juice and algae extracts. They highlight the natural flavors of the fruit and are suitable for vegan and gluten-free diets.

For one glass of bubble tea, you will need approximately 30 grams of fruit pearls.
